"If I didn't know better I'd think you wanted me to destroy something," He did laugh a little at that though. "We'll both ask him later then alright?" And Alex had no problem cooking, it was fun for him, not that he'd willingly admit, but no on seemed to complain when he cooked so far.
"It's not something I'm too proud of." He did give her a small smirk though.
"Sounds good, but lets get off the trail," He nodded to a sunny spot in the grass about five feet from the trail they were on. If she had asked him in that moment, he would have said he was enjoying it for both reasons. Because he was helping others like him and wasn't feeling like he should be a caged animal. Something he hoped the others would never feel.
Her smile grew a touch wicked, answering that question well enough as far as she was concerned. What good were abilities like his if you didn't destroy things every now and then? "Sure," Raven answered lightly, already starting towards the spot he indicated. Better to get out of the way in case people decided to go running as well. They could probably get bowled over by Hank, if they weren't paying enough attention.
He got a sympathetic glance as she passed near him, eyes lingering for a moment or two. Rumours did nothing to actually tell her about him, not beyond what she already knew; it wasn't quite enough. But they had the whole afternoon ahead of them, and even if she was in a different mindset than everyone else at the school, it couldn't hurt.

"So where do we start?"
